• Haldor the Merchant: Haldor is the only merchant who sells Fishing Rod. His camp is in the Black Forest only. He can be found permanently at the first camp you discover but there are other possible map locations for his spawning. Because his location is random, this can take anywhere from minutes to hours to find, which is the main problem when you want the rod early. Take note that Haldor's camp is a safety zone. If you draw him into your radar he will look like a bag symbol.
